Application Process

1) Please download the rental application from the link below (2 pages), fill out completely, and return by email along with the required documents (see Rental Application) to upointgj@gmail.comWe require you to use a guarantor (cosigner).

Once the application is received, we will email you a link for a required background check (applicant) and credit check (guarantor) to fill out and complete. The fee of $35.00, is to be paid for by the applicant or guarantor. We will receive the reports once completed and reach out for final steps (reservation and lease).


**All steps need to be completed before you will be fully considered. We finalize room placement based on the order we receive applications.**


Other information: For rent payments, we use an automatic electronic bank-to-bank transfer (ACH) on the 1st of each month. ACH information is required to be given upon signing the lease.
