Application Process
2 Steps
1) Please download the rental application from the link below (2 pages), fill out completely, and return by email along with the required documents (see Rental Application) to upointgj@gmail.com. We require you to use a guarantor (cosigner).
2) Once the application is received, we will email you a link for a required background check (applicant) and credit check (guarantor) to fill out and complete. The fee of $35.00, is to be paid for by the applicant or guarantor. We will receive the reports once completed and reach out for final steps (reservation and lease).
**All steps need to be completed before you will be fully considered. We finalize room placement based on the order we receive applications.**
Other information: For rent payments, we use an automatic electronic bank-to-bank transfer (ACH) on the 1st of each month. ACH information is required to be given upon signing the lease.
